Chroma Vintage LLC’s Six-Month Service Warranty (this “Warranty”)

Chroma Vintage LLC warranties all watches sold by us for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or at checkout (the “Warranty Period”).

Coverage and Limitations

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of watches sold by us for the term of the Warranty Period.  

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: improper use, improper storage, failure to follow the merchandise instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance, modifications, normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, knocks, dents, crushing, scratching or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Also, this warranty does not cover: watches that run slow or fast, cracked, scratched or broken crystals, or water damage.  Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent from Chroma Vintage LLC will render this Warranty null and void.  Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by third parties not authorized by the Chroma Vintage LLC in writing will render this Warranty null and void.  

This Warranty is limited to U.S. based customers only and does not apply to international transactions.  All international sales are final.

This Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.

Remedies under this Warranty

With respect to any defective watches during the Warranty Period, which meet the terms of this Warranty, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such watch (or the defective part) free of charge. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement watch to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective watch.

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this Warranty. In furtherance of the limitations of liability set forth in our Terms and Conditions (which can be found here: https://chroma-vintage.com/policies/terms-of-service), our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective watch, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service under this Warranty, you must email: info@chroma-vintage.com or call: 347-671-4422 for a determination of whether the matter qualifies under this Warranty and written instructions on how to send your merchandise to us for repair or replacement.  Chroma Vintage LLC will not be responsible for any watches that are sent to us for repair without prior notice and as instructed by us.  Chroma Vintage LLC is not responsible for any watches lost or damaged in transit for warranty repair.  All warranty repairs must be made at Chroma Vintage LLC’s principal place of business, or any other location or third party chosen by Chroma Vintage LLC, at its sole discretion.


Chroma Vintage LLC is not an authorized retailer for any of the brands that we carry.  Chroma Vintage LLC is an independent watch dealer and is not sponsored by, associated with, or affiliated with any watch manufacturer.  Chroma Vintage LLC sells customized and/or modified watches and provides its own warranties on the watches it sells.  As a result, watch manufacturers are under no obligation to warranty-service watches sold by Chroma Vintage LLC, and may deem their warranties void as a result of any customizations and/or modifications in the watches sold by us.
